
The beauty of the Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino Euroregion and the top-notch cycling challenges are ready to entice fans from all over the World. On Monday, 18 April, the 45th edition of the Tour of the Alps will get off in Cles, for another run of one of the most exciting and entertaining races in the spring calendar.
Thanks to its format of short, spectacular and exciting stages, the Tour of the Alps looks set to offer five stages of entertaining racing from April 18th to 22nd, offering a great show from a technical and landscape point of view, reaching the worldwide screens with TV broadcasts and in web streaming. The significant coverage of the event organized by GS Alto Garda will be ensured once again by the production and distribution efforts of PMG Sport, an Italian company specialized in multimedia productions.
Cycling fans will be able to follow the Euro-regional event live for ninety minutes a day on Eurosport 1 and Eurosport Player, - which will broadcast the signal in Europe, Eastern Europe, East Asia, USA, Canada, South America, Central America, the Pacific Area and the Indian Subcontinent -, RaiSport (Italy), L'Equipe TV (France) and TV2 (Denmark).
Austria's national broadcaster ORF will provide coverage of the event every evening in its news programmes.
In addition to Eurosport Player and GCN, the Tour of the Alps will also be visible on other online platforms, starting with PMG Sport's Facebook page and Youtube channel, and more partner channels such as La Repubblica, Tuttobiciweb and the Federciclismo website. The overall live coverage will reach more than 100 Countries worldwide, among live, delayed and on-demand broadcasts.
