Vittoria will be alongside the Tour of the Alps for the second year in a row providing neutral assistance in the race, after the first successful experience of 2019. The stage race organized by GS Alto Garda will take place from April 20th to 24th, 2020, and represents a key springboard ahead of the Giro d’Italia. It is a challenge at the highest levels with short and tough stages for all the riders looking to make a statement on the way to the Corsa Rosa.
It’s not by chance if the recent winners’ list features established champions like Geraint Thomas (2017) and Thibaut Pinot (2018) and a great prospect like Pavel Sivakov (2019). There are also excellent chances that another star joins that list in 2020, an edition that will see 20 teams at the start, including 8 from the World Tour category.
Vittoria Servizio Corse – official partner of the UEC (Union Européenne de Cyclisme) in all the continental events – will provide neutral assistance during the race with three cars and a motorcycle driven by former cycling professionals. In addition, it will attend all the start and finish areas with its official bus.
