The Consortium Melinda prolongued for the fourth year in a row its partnership with the Tour of the Alps, the Euroregional pro’ stage race organized by G.S. Alto Garda scheduled from April 20th to 24th, 2020, with start in Brixen/Bressanone (South- Tyrol) and the grand finale in Riva del Garda (Trentino).
Since over 20 years Melinda has been supporting the cycling world, first as main sponsor of Trofeo Melinda and Giro del Trentino, then the Tour of the Alps from 2017 onwards.
Also this year, Melinda logo will be proudly displayed on the GC leader jersey of the Tour of the Alps, conquered by Geraint Thomas (2017), Thibaut Pinot (2018) and Pavel Sivakov (2019) so far, looking forward another world-class champion to be crowned after five exciting stages crossing Tirol, South-Tyrol and Trentino.

Consortium Melinda consists of 16 cooperatives gathering around 4.000 families of fruit-farmers who live and grow apple trees in the Noce Valleys (Val di Non and Val di Sole) producing around 400.000 tons of apple every year and organizing all downstream of harvest, such as storage, screening, packaging, delivery and retail.
Melinda’s quality also extends to cherries, strawberries, wild berries all marked with the unique Melinda stamp while some related apple-based products as snacks, vinegar, mousse and strudel enable customers to discover new ways to taste Trentino’s apples.
