Obertilliach

At 1450 metres above sea level, Obertilliach is the highest village in East Tyrol's Lesachtal valley. Here, lovely landscapes and cosy alpine meadows alternate with rugged limestone cliffs and wooded mountain ridges. The municipality also enjoys a favourable climate. Due to the weather influences from the south, Obertilliach has a Mediterranean flair, especially during the summer months.
